The fixation fleece consists of a carrier material made of polyester and a silicone adhesive layer protected by an application film, which allows the product to be removed painlessly even from sensitive or previously damaged skin. Omnifix® Silicone adheres reliably, is waterproof, and provides both an effective barrier against bacterial penetration and high water vapor permeability. The fixation fleece enables adhesive fixation at a new level.
